Refund Policy

1. General Policy
All ticket sales for What Is Love events are final and subject to this Refund Policy. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to whatislove.london@gmail.com no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start of the event.

  • Refunds requested after this deadline will not be issued under any circumstances, including non-attendance.

  • Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

3. Event Cancellation or Postponement

  • If the organiser cancels an event, you will be entitled to a full refund.

  • If the organiser postpones or changes the event date, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the announcement.

4. Non-Transferability

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly authorised in writing by the organiser.

5. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.

  • The organiser is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card providers, or payment processors.

6. No Other Liability

  • The organiser is not liable for any additional costs you may incur in connection with the event, including travel, accommodation, or other expenses.

  • Attendance is at your own risk, and refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the event experience.

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
